| Andrew A. Ziegler |
Andrew A. Ziegler is the Managing Partner and Executive Chairman of Artisan Partners and Director of Artisan Funds. Prior to founding Artisan Partners, Mr. Ziegler was president and chief operating officer of Strong Capital Management and president of the Strong Funds, where he had responsibility for all non-portfolio management activities. Before joining Strong Capital Management in 1990, Mr. Ziegler practiced corporate law with the Milwaukee firm of Godfrey & Kahn S.C. Mr. Ziegler holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a JD (cum laude) from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

| Eric R. Colson, CFA |
Eric R. Colson, CFA is a Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Artisan Partners and Chief Executive Officer and President of Artisan Funds. Prior to joining the firm in January 2005, Mr. Colson was an executive vice president of Callan Associates, Inc. where he managed the institutional consulting group, providing business and investment advice to asset management firms. Prior to managing the institutional consulting group, he managed Callan's global manager research. Mr. Colson holds a BA in Economics from the University of California-Irvine.

Karen L. Guy is a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Artisan Partners. Prior to joining the firm in January 1998, Ms. Guy was an audit manager with Price Waterhouse from 1991 to 1997, and a visiting professor of accounting at the University of Michigan in 1997. Ms. Guy holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Janet D. Olsen is a Managing Director and General Counsel of Artisan Partners. Prior to joining the firm in November 2000, Ms. Olsen practiced law with the law firm of Bell, Boyd & Lloyd LLP and chaired the firm's corporate department. Her practice was concentrated in corporate, securities and financing matters for companies in the investment management industry, including investment advisers and investment companies. Ms. Olsen holds a BA (summa cum laude) from Blackburn College and a JD from the University of Chicago Law School.

| Charles (C.J.) Daley, Jr. |
Charles (C.J.) Daley, Jr. is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Artisan Partners. Prior to joining the firm in July 2010, Mr. Daley was senior executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of the global asset management firm Legg Mason, Inc. Before that, he was a senior accountant at Alexander & Alexander. Mr. Daley holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Joseph J. Rhiel is a Managing Director and Chief Information Officer of Artisan Partners. Prior to joining the firm in February 2006, Mr. Rhiel was chief administrative officer (May 2005 – February 2006) of Wells Fargo Funds Management, LLC and chief information officer at its predecessor Strong Capital Management. Mr. Rhiel holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and an MBA from Marquette University.
